Tyler Nobbs is a survivor who appears in Ryder White's Campaign DLC in Dead Island. He is encountered on a rooftop of Victory Hill in Moresby, which has been designated as a minor safe refuge. The refuge has a workshop, numerous weapons, craft parts and some food along with the area for survivors to rest. He is horrified of Ryder White because he witnessed Ryder shoot a woman in the back who was "sick in the head". He was expecting help and protection, because Ryder is a soldier. He remains at the refuge, contemplating on what to do.
