To Kill Time is a main quest given to the Hero by John Sinamoi in Dead Island
Sinamoi asks you to see if Mike and Dominic need anything. To complete this quest, the side-quests that are given by them, Ashes to Ashes and On the Air, need to be completed. See their respective articles for more info on the quests.
