Talk: Royal Palms Resort

Hi, does anyone know if the Hotel is "locked" or not after you complete the mission to get the truck? I think I forgot one of the ID cards inside the hotel after I already completed that quest and now I can't go down the elevator anymore to the kitchen area where I am missing 1 of the cards. Help please. Many thanks
