The Sonic Pulse Grenade (previously "Brain Wave Bomb") is a ranged weapon that was supposed to be added to Dead Island in the Bloodbath Arena DLC pack. According to the game developers, they had removed it in favor of several different weapon mods. Now the only current way to obtain this weapon is by modding the game save.

The weapon creates a sonic pulse blast upon impact that make some zombies' heads explode (only the Infected and Walkers are affected).
