A Shovel, or Spade, is a blunt melee weapon found in Dead Island and Dead Island: Riptide.

Six Feet UnderEdit

In Saint Christopher's Church, a survivor named Owain gives the Hero the side quest "Six Feet Under", and asks them to find him a shovel/spade so that he can bury the dead, though for some reason he will only accept spades.
