Scratched Crown Bobblehead is a collectible lost story that can be found in Escape Dead Island and is one of the 12 collectible lost stories found on Narapela island. It is required for the achievement/trophy Super Sleuth.

At the marina, behind a shipping containers near the docks. Up against the large docks warehouse is a GeoPharm shipping container with a thin pathway between the chain barrier off the side of the dock and the container itself. You can walk down here and the bobblehead is in the corner against the container.
