The Raskols are the human enemies featured in Dead Island. They are members of a local gang that can be found throughout the city of Moresby. During the outbreak, the Raskols took the event as an opportunity to loot and control areas of the city. The gang consists of Punks and Looters that are often armed with either melee weapons or small firearms. Prior to the events of the main story, the Raskols killed the BIDF Soldiers stationed throughout the city and stripped them of their weapons in order to take control of the Police Station. The Heroes later killed the members of the gang that were held up inside in order to rescue Jin.
