One Last Breath is a medium difficulty side-quest given to the Hero by Carla in Dead Island.
Synopsis[]
The Hero must travel to a nearby pharmacy in search of an inhaler, which Carla needs for her asthma.
Walkthrough[]
- Talk to Carla to start the quest.
- She needs a new asthma inhaler urgently as her one is about to run out. There's a pharmacy nearby that you can search for one.
- Head out of the Warehouse and start up the hill to the pharmacy on the peak.
- Proceed to the top of the hill and kill the zombies out the front. There's usually a bunch of Walkers and a Suicider up the road. An Infected is usually drawn in as well and a Thug can also be lurking here, but it's not every time. Kill them all then proceed to the pharmacy door.
- The door is locked but breakable, so shoulder it down and kill the Walker lying on the floor behind the counter.
- The inhaler is on the counter. Take it and then return to Carla. Hand it over to complete the quest and get your reward.
Notes[]
- It's a good idea to complete this at the same time as completing the side quest Fast Aid and One Foot in the Grave, as they take place at the same pharmacy, since Carla's inhaler has two spawn locations.
- The cash register will often give out a decent amount of cash, so loot it when you come by.
- The fridge in the corner will also contain alcohol or energy drinks if you need them.
