Josh was a survivor featured in Dead Island. He is located inside the Town Hall of Moresby.
He gives the Hero the quest Supermarket Journey, in which the Hero must gather supplies from the supermarket. However, it was taken over by one of the Raskol gangs, and the Hero must reach it via the sewers. After the Town Hall is overrun, his body can be seen in the office, being feasted upon by undead policemen.
