ID Card #100 is a collectible item in Dead Island, and can be found in the Hospital map of Act IV. It is part of the challenge "My collectibles, let me show you them!", and the Achievements/Trophies "Gotta find'em all" and "Nearly there".
Location:
In a room on the second floor of the Prison Hospital on top of a gurney.
