Henderson town is one of the secret achievements and trophies available in Dead Island: Riptide. To unlock this, all you need to do is play through the game and it will unlock. You don't need to do anything special to earn this. After defending the Pinai Ferry Station and dealing with the Screamer that comes off the boat, a cutscene will play showing the group using the ferry to get to Henderson. After the cutscene ends, you'll be at the other ferry station and the achievement/trophy will unlock.
