Maggie Spacy is a survivor featured in Dead Island. She is located inside the Lighthouse, along with a group of survivors led by James Stein. She is the primary focus of the side quest The Lost, in which the Hero must locate her and report her location to her friend Steven. Upon talking to her, she will show concern for Steven and when he finds out she's alive at the Lighthouse, Steven leaves to go join her. Maggie remains at the Lighthouse for all of the game.

Maggie is a young woman with brown hair. Like most female survivors in the Resort, Maggie is wearing a bikini with no shoes or other clothing. Her bikini is light blue. She also wears a bead string necklace, a bandage around her right wrist and a fitness reader on her upper left arm. In the Definitive Edition, her bikini is yellow

- Despite saying that she's worried about him when you first talk to her, Maggie shows no concern for Steven after the events of the side quest The Lost, even though he never shows up to the Lighthouse.
