Light is Life is an easy difficulty continuous event given to the Hero by Ethan in Dead Island.
Synopsis[]
The Hero must provide Ethan with batteries for the survivor's torches.
Walkthrough[]
- Talk to Ethan to start the quest.
- He wants you to bring him 5 batteries for their torches, as zombies are attracted to bright lights.
- As you go through the game, loot everything as you normally would.
- When you have a surplus of batteries that you know you'll never use, return to Ethan and hand them in as many times as you'd like.
Notes[]
- Divine Light is another continuous quest that also requires 5 batteries, however this quest gives out pistol ammo and XP, while Divine Light only gives out 300 XP and Cash, making this the better deal in most scenarios.
- You can buy batteries from merchants and complete this quest multiple times that way, but it might not be worth it as the amount of money spent compared to what you receive in XP and the 15 pistol ammo in return may not be enough to justify the cash spent on batteries.
