Colin Kugler is a Survivor featured in Dead Island. He used to be a part of the survivor group with Sinamoi however he left along with James Stein and some others after a disagreement between James and Sinamoi. He is first met by the Heroes while getting to the Lighthouse during the side quest On the Air when he greets the Heroes and leads them into the Lighthouse to meet James. After this he has no quests for the heroes and remains sitting on a seat inside the Lighthouse for the rest of the game.

Colin is a middle aged man with brown hair, a full beard, and a moustache. Unlike most male survivors in the Resort, Colin is fully dressed with a light blue sleeveless t-shirt, a brown belt, beige pants, and brown boots. In the Definitive Edition, his shirt is orange, and his pants are off white and red checkered.
