Lewington is a survivor featured in the Dead Island: Ryder White's Campaign DLC. He is a soldier of the Banoi Island Defense Force who was a helicopter pilot. He is first seen in the opening cutscene of the DLC, flying the helicopter containing Ryder White as he observed the destruction of the Jungle Overpass in the Mingende Jungle. However, while flying to Moresby on a return path to the aircraft carrier, he became sick from the Kuru outbreak and turned into a zombie, attacking the pilot, causing it to crash into Queenscliffe. He and the rest of the crew, except for Ryder White, were all killed in the crash.

Lewington is a middle aged man with a clean shaven face. He wears a typical B.I.D.F pilot uniform, consisting of a green camo shirt, green camo trousers, and black army boots as well as a padded helmet with a built-in intercom and microphone.
