ID Card #94 is a collectible item in Dead Island. It is part of the challenge "My collectibles, let me show you them!", and the Achievements/Trophies "Gotta find'em all" and "Nearly there". It can be found in the Prison Map of Act IV.
Location:
During the Full Metal Jacket quest, when Kevin is trying to unlock the armory door, he will open 2 other rooms. One with a workbench, and the other one with the Id Card.
