The Blue Sector is a location featured in Escape Dead Island. It was one of the coloured sectors of the GeoPharm Labs, likely dedicated to one branch of research. Cliff Calo comes through this sector while looking for Kilo 2 for Xian Mei in search of a cure.

The blue sector is not actually very blue. In fact, it's rather grey and black because of the extensive fire damage it's suffered. There's also a red hue covering the area, meaning blue is in short supply. The sector consists of several burnt out corridors and inaccessible labs with the remains of padded benches and water coolers in the corridors. Most corridors are blocked off by debris while the one accessible room has been converted from the office or lab it used to be into a place to store body bags, which are now burnt out.

- This is the location that you first meet the Insanity Zombies.
- A katana is found here, stuck in a body bag a few rooms into the blue sector.
- Research Log 5 can be found behind some boxes just after exiting the burnt section of the Blue Sector, after collecting the katana and going through the doors which lock behind you.
- Taking a picture of an xray on the wall with the Camera gives Snapshot 21.
- Taking a picture of one of the body bags with the Camera gives Snapshot 55.
