Blood in the Tropics is an easy difficulty side-quest given to the Hero by Loren in Dead Island.
Synopsis[]
The Hero must travel to Robin's hut and retrieve his medical supplies.
Walkthrough[]
- Talk to Lauren to start the quest.
- She wants you to retrieve a medical bag from the village doctor's hut.
- Head up the village. There's no enemies to fight in this quest, so you'll be perfectly safe travelling to the hut.
- It's all the way at the top of the village, so just use the wood bridges and pathways, following the quest markers to Robin's hut.
- The door is unlocked, so go inside the hut. There's no-one here so look around.
- The medical cabinet is locked, so go around the inside of the hut until you find a dead body. There's a set of keys so the cabinet near them.
- Once you have the keys, go and unlock the medical cabinet and take the medical equipment from it.
- Run back to the bottom of the village and talk to Lauren to hand over the equipment and finish the quest.
Notes[]
- If you take up this quest a second time after completing the game for the first time, you will find an item called "questitem_masterkey" lying on the floor in Robin's hut.
- You'll find a recorder next to the body that has the same voice lines as the survivor from the Resort, but this time with a recorder filter over them.
