Anna is a survivor featured in Dead Island. She is found in the Pool House, sitting in a corner, rocking back and forth and praying "Our Father in Heaven" in Polish (Ojcze nasz). It is presumed that this is because she is in shock after witnessing the zombie outbreak.

After helping John Sinamoi she will be gone, no matter how often the player returns to the Pool House.
