Alicia Jacobs is a survivor featured in Dead Island. She is located inside her apartment in Moresby.
Alicia can first be seen from a distance crying for help from her second floor apartment balcony; this gives the Hero the side quest Uninvited Guests, in which the Hero must eliminate the zombies in and around Alicia's apartment. She mentions her husband was killed and was one of the zombies who took over the apartment building.
Once Alicia's apartment building is cleared of zombies, new enemies will not respawn inside the building, and she will remain in her room for the rest of the game.

Alicia is a middle aged woman with long brown hair tied up in a bun. She wears a dark green sleeveless jacket, a red and white checkered shirt, a blue undershirt, yellow patterned pants, and grey shoes.

- Prior to Patch 1.3, if the player talked to Alicia and exited the building, the building was no longer accessible. As such, it was advised for the player to obtain the Purple Skull prior to speaking to Alicia. **This bug still exists in the Xbox 360 version**

- Alicia Jacobs' apartment building is the location of the Blue Skull, Glazed Mod, and the turn in point for the Purple Skull.
- ID Card 43 is also directly in front of the building.
- Alicia shares her last name with the first name of Jacob from Dead Island 2.
